Ingredients
- Undercut beef thinly sliced ½ kg
- Salt ½ tsp
- White pepper (for marination) ½ tsp
- Sugar (for marination) 1 tsp
- Soya sauce(for marination) 1 tbsp
- Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Egg half beaten
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion 2 large sliced
- Green chilies 15 cut into halves
- Spring onion leaves ½ cup 1 inch pieces
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- White pepper ¼ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
- Marinate the undercut beef with salt, white pepper, sugar, chopped ginger, soya sauce, corn flour ,a half beaten egg and ¼ cup oil. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.Deep fry the beef for 10 minutes till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
- Heat ¼ cup oil separately in a pan and add the crushed garlic, slightly fry till it turns golden.Add the fried beef with 2 sliced onions, green chilies, salt, white pepper sugar ,soya sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and remove.
