Fried beef chilies

Fried beef chilies


Ingredients
  • Undercut beef thinly sliced ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper (for marination) ½ tsp
  • Sugar (for marination) 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce(for marination) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Egg half beaten
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 2 large sliced
  • Green chilies 15 cut into halves
  • Spring onion leaves ½ cup 1 inch pieces
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate the undercut beef with salt, white pepper, sugar, chopped ginger, soya sauce, corn flour ,a half beaten egg and ¼ cup oil. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.Deep fry the beef for 10 minutes till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • Heat ¼ cup oil separately in a pan and add the crushed garlic, slightly fry till it turns golden.Add the fried beef with 2 sliced onions, green chilies, salt, white pepper sugar ,soya sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and remove.
