FRIED DHAGA KABAB

FRIED DHAGA KABAB


Ingredients:
  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Fried onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Black peppercorn 4
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Roasted pea 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Grind together, 2 tbsp roasted pea, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp white cumin, 4 small cardamom, 4 black peppercorn and 2 cloves in the grinder. Add this grinded masala in ½ kg mince and 2 bread slices. Chop these things in the chopper. Add in 1 fried onion, 4 green chilies. then add in 2 tbsp raw papaya. Mic everything and keep it for 10 minutes. Make small kababs and shallow fry it in the pan. Put all the fried kababs in the pan and then add in 2 lemon jice, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 chopped green chilies, cook it for 5 minutes then serve.
