Bundt Cake Кекс Topm
An easy cake to make up from scratch. It is the simplest, great tasting cake Ive ever made. If you have guests coming over and you need to make something fast. This is the cake to make. Usually these ingredients are always on hand.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp baking soda pour 1 tsp vinegar on top
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup raisins
First before starting put raisins in boiled water. This will make it soft.
Mix egg with sugar for 7-10 min until fluffy.
Put melted butter and sour cream.
Add baking soda with vinegar. Mix
Add flour, mix and add raisins. Mix
Pour in the oiled baking dish.
Bake for 35-45 min on 325F.
Enjoy with coffee, tea, milk.
